If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you have two weeks (14 working days) to make contact and discuss your options.
We are happy to issue refunds or exchanges once your item has been returned. Items must be returned in suitable packaging with your name and order number included. Returns must be posted using signed for postage and a copy of the receipt kept. Once we have received the return we will then process a refund for your item and the return postage cost.
Your item must be returned in its original and unused condition. Items that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
